About Me

I´ve always been fascinated by the beauty of nature and navigating through the viewfinder leads me to a closer look at the surrounding to preserve precious moments to share
Discovering new places and returning to the ones I´ve already visited, to create moments to last, has become the greatest pleasure for me
To capture all the stunning scenery offered by mother nature is truly rewarding and satisfying at the same time
While the world is full of incredible impressions, THE DOLOMITES will always have a special place in my heart and hopefully, I can inspire you to create your own unforgettable visual memories

About the destination

The majestic DOLOMITES in Northern Italy were declared a UNESCO World Heritage in 2009, and it’s easy to see why
Their unique geology has created one of the world’s most spectacular landscapes with 18 peaks over 3,000 m, with steeples, pinnacles and some of the highest sheer rock walls in the world plunging into forested and mead-owed valleys, and a myriad of tranquil lakes capturing mirror-glass reflections

To avoid large crowds and for you to enjoy relaxed photography, best time to tour the DOLOMITES would be between mid June to mid July or between mid September to mid October

On the first time-frame, you might still see snow on the peaks and higher water level at the lakes, but also have to get up real early for a sunrise and long waiting time for sunsets, while by end of September, the low sun starts to burnish the peaks of the DOLOMITES in a glorious alpenglow and all the changing colors will add to any image you create

Though the tour will be outside of main season, most places are still very much occupied, so please be aware, that bookings have to be made way ahead of time

Photography Tour

Join me on a tour to one of the most spectacular areas of Europe -  THE DOLOMITES - a paradise for every landscape photographer

This region is a fantastic playground for an intensive 3, 5 or 8 day photo tour - where beautiful landscapes can literally be found around every corner - to satisfy any passionate photographer

You get to experience the wonders of nature around the DOLOMITES’ extraordinary scenery and share them with others through your own visual memories

Basic - 3 Nights

We will be based in Val de Gardena, one of the most picturesque valleys in the Dolomites, which offers a beautiful variety in your photography and view

Our base for 3 nights in Santa Christina, is a lovely family-owned lodge, offering a fantastic view towards Monte Sassolungo and a warm hospitality

We'll explore the high alpine landscapes by taking a cable car up to “Alpe de Suisse” – which is a Dolomite plateau and the largest high-altitude Alpine meadow in Europe – as well as to “Monte Seceda”, with its breathtaking view of the surrounding peaks

We will also visit Val di Funes with its rolling meadows and verdantly forested slopes that provide a gentle contrast to the striking backdrop of the “Odle Group”

Advanced - 5 Nights

We’ll be based at two separate and equally stunning locations, to give you a beautiful variety in your photography and view

On the way to our first destination, we will make a stopover at “Lago di Landro” and continue to “Lago di Braies” - which is known as the Pearl of the Dolomite Lakes – and at this point we will decide together, how much time we want spend in this area

The first 2 nights in Misurina, gives us the possibility to visit the “Tre Cime di Lavaredo”, which is a distinctive formation of three battlement-like peaks

Of course, there will be plenty of time for sunrise/sunset shooting at "Lago di Misurina" and/or Lago Antorno, before we will make our way to a lovely lodge in Santa Christina, where we will stay for another 3 nights, with a stopover at “Passo Gardena” – which offers a beautiful scenery along the mountain road

Premium - 7 Nights

We’ll be based at three separate and equally stunning locations, to give plenty of scope for variety in your photography and view

The first night we'll be staying in the Rosengarten area, to capture the turquoise blue waters of “Lago di Carezza” below the Latemar Range, with options of sunset and of course sunrise on the following morning

On the next morning we will move to our second location, to spend 2 nights in Misurina, which gives us the possibility to visit the “Tre Cime di Lavaredo”, a distinctive formation of three battlement-like peaks

The other highlights here are “Lago di Misurina” - the largest natural lake in the region – which as well as “Lago Antorno”, just a few minutes away. Both lakes are also stunning scenery for sunrise or sunset colors

After breakfast we will make our way to "Lago di Braies" where we will spend most of the day, before we move on to our final location for another 4 nights in Santa Christina
